Software Co. Secures Quick Victory in Broadband DSL Patent Spat

Law360 (June 28, 2021, 9:33 p.m. EDT) – A Delaware federal judge sided with software company TQ Delta LLC on Monday in a long-standing dispute over high-speed DSL communications technology, concluding that a broadband equipment maker had violated Delta’s TQ patent with several of its products.

US District Judge Richard G. Andrews granted summary judgment for infringement and dismissed 2Wire Inc.’s counterclaim for summary judgment of non-infringement, dismissing several of its defenses.
